it's been a long way for mad marshal since playing out punk-music in a rock-club for the first time at the age of 14. his father's jazz-musicianship, playing the drums in punk bands but also classical singing in school have all influenced and shaped the sonic content of what he plays today.

not a dj who goes for safety by only playing easy-go sure crowd-winners, he takes the risk to go that little step further and presents the odd tune, that might bring about a few shocked faces at first - watch the place go absolutely mental a few moments later though. his music ranges from warm, blissed-out melodies to deadly deep subs and never loses the underpinning of a certain funkiness.

besides being part of the weekly drum'n'bass show "density" on the local radiostation radio x (94.5 fm), he plays at clubs all over switzerland. abroad, his djing has led him to places like berlin (wmf), barcelona (torres de avila), budapest (gellert) or even bali (doublesix).
